Pisos Tutelados:

Pisos tutelados are based on a “colegio mayor” although they are on separate building. They have the same rules and the same advantages such as cleaning and food. They also share the same retirement trips or as they call the "convivencias." Each apartment has a "decana" that it is usually in his or hers last year of university.  He/She is in charge of the behavior of the ones under his/her supervision. The deacana or decano will put some rules in each apartment when it comes to curfew, etc.
